Roy Wicklund
Roy has over 35 years experience working as a senior executive within the high technology industry. He has held a number of senior-level sales management, sales operations and business operations positions within large corporations as well as small companies. Roy spent the majority of his executive career with Digital, Compaq and HP. Prior to becoming the Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations for HP Services, he successfully lead the HP-Compaq Integration Team for the Services division, and was responsible for the development of the new company's (HP) integrated business plan and strategies, sales model, compensation plan, roll-out implementation plan and timetable.
After HP, Roy served as the Vice President of Operations for a small successful software company. He has extensive experience in the development and management of sales models; sales metrics; compensation plans; recognition programs; tools and processes; sales performance reporting; sales training and development plans; and the development of business standards, processes, and policies for both product and services sales organizations.
Roy holds a BS in Math and Computer Science from the University of Dubuque and attended the Executive Development Program at Harvard University.
