Michael Peters, Managing Director
Michael Peters is the founder and managing director of the Whitespace Consulting Group. He has over 25 years of experience managing professional services, sales, marketing, and market research functions within the high-technology industry. Throughout his career, Mike has designed, built, and managed successful sales and marketing organizations. He has consulted for corporations in the areas of sales process and improvement, differentiation and value messaging, segmentation, sales compensation, pricing architecture, large account marketing and management, competitive analysis and market research.
Prior to founding Whitespace Consulting, Mike held several senior-level sales and marketing positions throughout the industry. As the Americas Marketing and Sales Partner for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting, based in New York, Mike was responsible for the design and implementation of a direct sales force model for the consulting organization. Mike has also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a global market research firm.
Mike is a visiting instructor in the graduate business programs at Babson College and Northeastern University. He also serves as a judge in the annual ITSMA Services Marketing Excellence Award Competition and as a team advisor for the annual MIT Ignite Clean Energy Business Plan Competition.
Mike is a graduate of Clarkson University.
